Organic Scholarship for young researchers

Organic farming research has been conducted only for a short time in Estonia and there are still few studies. Therefore it is important to encourage students to work in organic food and farming field.

Research Centre of Organic Farming awards the authors of the best thesis and scientific articles in organic food and agriculture. Competition takes place every autumn and it is opened to students and young researchers from Estonian University of Life Sciences.

The aim of the scholarship is to encourage research in organic farming. The scholarship was founded in 2009 by Professor Anne Luik, who is one of the leaders of organic sector in Estonia.
